Welcome to the department of Biological Sciences and Agriculture, in the school of Science and Technology. The department offers Diploma, undergraduate and Post graduate programs. The department has 10 qualified faculty members with varied specialties and 4 skilled teaching assistant who are dedicated in teaching and research as well as postgraduate students assisting in the laboratories.
The course offerings, which include Agribusiness, Agriculture technology, Agriculture (Animal Science option, Crop and Soil Science option, and Horticulture option), Biomedical science, Biotechnology, Environmental Conservation, and General Biology. The courses we offer provide you the chance to examine biological systems in a nearly pristine setting where Kenya’s diverse plant and animal life can be investigated. There are well equipped classrooms and laboratories with everything needed for teaching and research.
