The successful candidate will be expected to:
iii. Ensure website security, accessibility, responsiveness, and optimal performance;
vii. Gather user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions;
viii. Develop web-based systems, portals, dashboards, and workflow automation solutions;
xii. Ensure data integrity, availability, confidentiality, and security across University systems;
xiii. Integrate institutional systems and third-party platforms to facilitate seamless data exchange;
xiv. Support interoperability and data exchange between various University applications and systems;
xvi. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed systems and applications;
xvii. Train and support end users on institutional systems and digital platforms where necessary;
xviii. Recommend and implement emerging technologies and innovative solutions that improve service delivery;
xix. Participate in institutional ICT projects, system implementations, and digital transformation initiatives;
xxi. Perform any other ICT-related duties assigned by the Information Technology Services Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
iii. Demonstrate experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining web-based applications and institutional information systems;
vii. Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, business process automation, and workflow management solutions;
viii. Knowledge of software development methodologies, application security, cybersecurity best practices, and secure coding principles;
xii. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team;
xiii. Evidence of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning and innovation;

CLERK OF WORKS (POSITION)

To support the successful completion of its landmark School of Nursing and Health Sciences Building Project, the University invites applications from qualified, experienced, and highly motivated professionals for the position of Clerk of Works.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Project Manager/Director of Planning and Alumni Affairs, the Clerk of Works shall safeguard the University’s interests by ensuring that all construction works are executed in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities, contractual requirements, applicable building codes, and quality standards.
