A spirit of compassion and service was evident today in Tharaka Nithi County as Chair the Love, in collaboration with the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton (UEAB), the Tharaka Nithi County Government, and the Good Friends of Maasai Community Foundation Kenya, distributed 100 wheelchairs to persons with disabilities from across the county.

The initiative aims to restore dignity, improve mobility, and enhance the quality of life of beneficiaries by providing them with the means to move independently and participate more fully in their communities. The wheelchair distribution program is part of an ongoing effort to support vulnerable members of society and promote inclusion and accessibility for persons living with disabilities.
